Shrinking during printing

This week I found a new trick for shrinking things when I'm printing them! I can't believe I didn't think to try it before. Normally I print 2 pages per page when I'm printing to save on ink and laminating sheets, but this week I played around with the zoom button.

I was printing my spring flashcards, which are 1/2 page sized in the file. I didn't want to do 2/page because then they'd be too small to use as flashcards. Instead, I clicked on "custom scale" and chose 90%. You could play around with it depending on how big you want them to be - isn't that awesome?! I printed the matching centres even smaller and left the other centres at 100%. It was great to have so much flexibility with size!

Any tricks you use when printing? I'd love to hear about them!
